Not at all. My approach to yoga therapy isn’t about perfecting poses — it’s about using movement, breath, and awareness as tools for healing. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years, each session is designed to meet you exactly where you are.

This work is about restoring balance — physically, mentally, and emotionally, so you don’t need flexibility, strength, or experience. All you need is a willingness to show up for yourself, and I’ll guide you the rest of the way.

Yoga Therapy & Healing Sessions

Transformational Healing Programs (THPs)

You’ll move through the program at a pace that feels right for you, whether that’s guided support through my Signature Programs, or self-paced reflection and healing. My goal is to meet you where you are and help you get to where you want to be, creating a foundation of inner peace, confidence, and alignment.

The self-guided and guided journeys are both designed to support deep, lasting transformation, but they offer different levels of structure and support depending on your needs.

Self-guided journeys are perfect for those who are ready to do the work independently, at their own pace. These journeys focus on specific topics, designed to help you heal subconscious programming and align with your highest potential. You’ll have access to resources, exercises, and meditations that guide you through healing at a deeper, subconscious level, allowing you to shift your mindset and beliefs without external input.

Guided journeys, on the other hand, are more comprehensive and include personalized coaching. These 3- to 6-month Signature Programs are designed to help you become the best version of yourself. They are ideal for those needing deep healing, especially if you’ve experienced trauma, have tried other methods of healing or therapy with little success, or simply know it’s time for a profound change. These programs provide the structure, accountability, and direct support you need to transform at the core. In addition to the independent work, you’ll have access to every modality I offer—from Yoga Therapy to Cacao—to help you clear deep blocks, transform limiting beliefs, and fully embody your new way of being. The coaching element provides extra guidance and tailored feedback to help you navigate challenges, celebrate progress, and stay aligned with your goals throughout the journey.

Whether you choose the self-guided or guided path, both are designed to bring you closer to your true self, helping you heal, grow, and shift on a deep, lasting level. The difference is in the level of support and structure you’re looking for.
