Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is a priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Refunds: Items may be returned for a full refund within 15 days of delivery.
Exchanges & Store Credit: Items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days of delivery. Store credit can be used across all products in the store.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags (if applicable).
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was incorrect or arrived damaged.
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped, please contact orders@yogawithjamila.com immediately. In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered.
Order Cancellations
Cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Shipping & Processing
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days and shipped via standard shipping.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
Shipping times vary based on location and carrier.
Brand-Specific Details
BE TH3 CHANGE Apparel: Due to the nature of eco-friendly materials, slight variations (such as small color strands within the fabric) may occur. These are normal and do not qualify as defects.
Yoga With Jamila Journals & Other Goods: Paper goods, wellness items, and accessories are covered under the same return and exchange policy.
